The main blade measures .071" thick. The Silver Flame is heat treated to a 58 on the Rockwell scale to hold a razor sharp edge. The 11/32" ferrule is CnC aircraft grade Aluminum with stainless steel screws. The length ranges from 1-5/8" up to 2" depending upon grain weight. Razor Sharp right from the package. Designed to fit all carbon and aluminum arrows as they have an industry standard 8-32 thread. This is the same thread used by all arrow inserts (except Easton Deep Six).
