These adapters are great. Easy to install. Theyre picky about what nocks they accept. Theyre advertised as they will accept any .244 nock, which is correct. Though they are picky as some nock shafts are too long and will not seat all the way as they will hit the wood shaft. I glued in .244 adapters and use f nocks. For my use, they are perfect.

Are they easily removable after installation? I'd like to use them whilst tuning and cut my shafts from the nock end to increase spine. With regular glue on nocks it would be hard to remove the nocks once glued. Can they be installed temporarily without g

With wood arrows you do not want to bare shaft tune. The wood does not recover correctly to get an accurate reading. You will want to tune with fletched arrows. With these adapters to get the best results you would want to use a little glue to glue them into place.
