Arrow Rest: The Edge does not come with an arrow rest. However, we recommend a Bear Hair Rest and Plate Or you can shop all of our arrow rests and plates here. String: The Edge Takedown Recurve Bow String is a Dacron 14-strand Continuous loop bow string. Or you can order the Recurve 58" Rogue Spectra Flemish bow string to get the full performance from your Edge recurve (recommended by 3Rivers Archery). Available in Right or Left hand. Please specify. Edge Limbs sold separately.Choose from a left or right hand bow (choose based on what hand you Draw the bow string with), and bow weight at a 28" draw length. Remember that with a traditional bow the weight will change depending upon what your draw length is. Bow weight will change approximately ±2½ pounds for every inch from a bows rated draw length. So a bow rated 45# @ 28" is roughly a 42½# @ 27" or 47½# @ 29". Draw weight is marked at the nearest 5# increment to actual weight, (2#'s under and 3#'s over). This is an industry wide standard. Bow stringer not included. A bow stringer is recommended for stringing any recurve bow or longbow. Stringing a bow without a bow stringer, or stringing it backwards will void a bow's warranty. Click here to see our Bow Stringers. It is recommended to unstring your bow if you do not plan to be shooting more than week. Store your bow on its side, or hanging vertically from a peg. Never rest the bow on the lower tip for extended periods of time. Never dry fire the bow (shooting without an arrow). 3RIVERS SERVICE: Bow Set-up Read about Longbow and Recurve Set-up

Recommended for beginner on up. Nice riser.
I have the classic Samick Sage. That is a pretty, comfortable, and fully functional bow that can be used for all types of traditional archery activities. There are a number of Sage 2.0 setups out there now from various suppliers but I went with 3Rivers version because I like the wood colors. These Sage 2.0s are trimmer, more rounded, look a bit more polished and are a little lighter… read more than the original. Original Sage limbs work fine.
Yes they will work on the edge.
No they will not.
The risers are on order but we do not have a definite date when they will be in stock . We do have another bow we just got in called Cairn , https://www.3riversarchery.com/cairn-recurve.html , it is a lot like the Edge and it's in stock .
The actual riser length is 19 1/4"
Yes this riser comes with the correct limb bolts.
Yes it is rounded and not blocky like the Sage.
The total length of the bow would be 62 inches.
The two on the back side are for accessories such as sights and quivers. The hole that goes through the riser is for a plunger if you are using an elevated rest. The hold on the side of the riser that faces the target is for a stabilizer.
