It goes on and off easily, and is very secure. I've used it for a walk through course and a one day shooting class where we shot a lot. During the class I needed to swap limbs and the quiver went on quick and easy. It is absolutely silent, and I live in the Pacific Northwest soooo waterproof is a necessity it stands up great

Yes, the hood and rail angle can be adjusted to accommodate all bow designs. It is "tough" to move, but that is good as they won't be easy to "bump" out of place.
