I've been using these paints for crown dips on my arrows the past few years. A nice bright crown dip really dresses the arrows up and makes them easier to track in flight which is especially important for accessing shot placement in low light situations.

When crown dipping is a white base coat recommended under colors, or will the color cover and be bright without the white base? Thanks

Does this lacker have a sealed weather proof finish, or do you still have to dip it clear to seal it
