The suede leather grip and removable arrow rest offer excellent comfort for the shooter. Accented on the tips and on the riser with black leather. The Black Shadow is constructed of black fiberglass surrounding a carbon and hard Maple core. FastFlight endless loop bow string included. Learn more about the removable arrow rest here. Available with (left or right handed) or without an arrow rest, in draw weights of 35, 40, 45, 50, and 55# @ 31" draw. Please specify. Bow Length: 50" (string groove-to-string groove) Draw Weight: 35, 40, 45, 50, or 55# @ 31" draw String: FastFlight endless Loop, 46½" long Loop size: 3-5/8" Recommended Brace Height: 5½"-6" Mass Weight: Approximately 12 ounces Remember that with a traditional bow the weight will change depending upon what your draw length is. Bow weight will change approximately ±2½ pounds for every inch from a bow's rated draw length. So a bow rated 45# @ 31" bow is roughly a 42½# @ 30" or 47½# @ 32". Draw weight is marked at the nearest 5# increment to actual weight, (2#'s under and 3#'s over). This is an industry wide standard. Bow stringer not included. A bow stringer is recommended for stringing any recurve bow or longbow. Stringing a bow without a bow stringer, or stringing it backwards will void a bow's warranty. Click here to see our Bow Stringers. It is recommended to unstring your bow if you do not plan to be shooting more than week. Store your bow on its side, or hanging vertically from a peg. Never rest the bow on the lower tip for extended periods of time. Never dry fire the bow (shooting without an arrow). 3RIVERS SERVICE: Bow Set-up Read about Longbow and Recurve Set-up

Fun bow, but not right for longer draws
I am new to thumb-draws and Korean bows. This bow is very fun to shoot and I was able to get consistent groupings pretty quickly (not where I wanted them to be, haha, but still). I wanted to write a review for anyone who is contemplating this bow who has a draw length of over 28". This bow is rated for draw at 31" but I found that it stacks pretty hard and quickly around 28-29".… read more I'm not able to comfortably pull back to my natural anchor point. I'll be shopping around for a similar bow with a longer draw, and passing this gift on to someone it's the right size for. (My natural draw is right around 31".)
Buy it from Freddy archery. That's were 3 rivers buy them and that's were I got mine. Or measure the string that came with it and get one made the same length. My korean and Turkish bow strings never stretched had em 3-5 years
We do not have a stringer that works well with these bows. We recommend to carefully use the step through method for stringing.
It is a 20 strand string.
It is about 7/8" for both measurements
Handle is approx 25mm wide 30mm depth
Yes this is made by Freddie Archery.
Made by nomad and came in box from Freddie archery
This is a great bow and shoots very well. It does take a little bit of practice as you have to shoo off your hand verses a cut out shelf.
One of the best bows I own. I shoot it almost every day The handle is very comfortable. it has 4 layers of wraping. fun to shoot and perfectly balanced.
The spine would depend on the weight of the bow, your draw length, and the point weight you plan on shooting.
It does not form a complete circle when unstrung.
